CVSworks – Consist of 3 exclusive packages and credits will be provided. 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 hour of support. The unused credits can be accumulated and brought forward up to 3 months. CVS Basic Level This is provided complimentary for any RackWorks and ServerWorks packages.
CVS Gold Assist: Advance Level This advance support is for clients who needs an upgraded support and intend to outsource the partial technical load to C.V.S as we will provide the convenience to clients in terms of troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrades.
C.V.S Platinum Assist: Enterprise Level CVS Platinum is remarkably suitable for clients who intend to outsource the entire server maintenance, upgrades , troubleshooting and etc to C.V.S. We will take care of the entire system to ease the problems of the clients to constantly monitor on the performance and uptime of the server.
